SPA security protocol against COVID-19

Our KUNU'U Spa is committed to the care and well-being of the client, and for this, security and prevention protocols against COVID-19 have been implemented, based on the guidelines established by the Health Authority, training our staff so that your stay is safe.

That is why they are informed of the prevention measures implemented and of the need for their compliance by our clients that we detail below:

  • A temperature control of the client who accesses the treatment is carried out
  • The spa masseurs, before and after each treatment, wash their hands with soap and water and apply hydroalcoholic gel
  • The spa staff uses a mask and / or a protective face shield or goggles in the performance of all treatments.
  • The masseurs wear a disposable apron over the work uniform
  • We disinfect all massage rooms and water areas with products endorsed by the Ministry of Health, ventilating them after each use.
  • In the treatments, single-use disposable material is used: underwear, slippers, heads for stretchers, sheets for stretchers.
  • The towels are washed at over 60º in industrial washing machines and a sanitizing treatment is carried out for the textile.
  • We take extreme cleaning and disinfection measures in common areas.
  • We have placed hydroalcoholic gel in the spa area
  • The safety distance to be respected as a prevention has been marked throughout the installation
  • The staff has been trained in the health protocol of prevention measures against Covid-19 in spa areas and hotels

As a preventive measure, customers must comply with the following indications:

  • The use of the hydroalcoholic solution that you will find at the spa entrance is mandatory
  • It is mandatory to protect your mouth and nose with a mask in common areas and treatment areas.
  • Respect the indicated capacity and times of use
  • Respect social distancing with people outside the family environment
  • Respect the signs that establish safety routes or distances, as well as the closure of some spaces.
  • Avoid greetings that involve physical contact (hugs, kisses ...)
  • In case of symptoms or fever, the establishment must be informed and the reservation canceled.
  • To access the water area, they must first shower with soap.
